Services

Everything from a single
bulb to a whole building.

Eight things we are known for across Macomb County. Some of them take an afternoon. One of them takes about ninety seconds at the counter.

Residential Lighting

A photo on a website never tells you how a fixture actually throws light. Our showroom is lit so you can stand under a pendant, see how it renders a warm white against a cool white, and judge the finish against the cabinet sample in your hand. We help homeowners, designers and builders specify a whole house or replace a single fixture that finally gave out.

  • Chandeliers, pendants and island lighting
  • Bath and vanity fixtures
  • Wall sconces and picture lights
  • Recessed cans, trims and LED downlights
  • Ceiling fans with integrated light kits
  • Table lamps, floor lamps and replacement shades

Electrical Supply

Behind the showroom is a working supply counter. Wire and cable, breakers and load centers, boxes, conduit, fittings, devices, plates, connectors and the small consumables that stop a job dead when you run out at 2pm. We stock what Macomb County electricians actually pull, and we keep it where you can grab it and go.

  • Wire, cable and cord
  • Breakers, panels and load centers
  • Conduit, fittings and boxes
  • Switches, receptacles, dimmers and plates
  • Connectors, straps, fasteners and consumables
  • Tools, testers and safety gear

The Contractor Counter

We open at 7:00 AM because that is when the trucks roll. Phone your list in ahead, and it is pulled and waiting on the counter when you pull up. No ticket queue, no app, no fifteen minutes in a big-box aisle looking for someone in an apron. The person who answers the phone is the person who knows the shelf.

  • Call-ahead orders pulled and staged
  • Open 7:00 AM Monday through Friday
  • Contractor pricing on volume
  • Same-day sourcing on common items
  • Saturday hours for weekend punch lists

LED Retrofits & Energy Efficiency

Swapping to LED is easy to do badly. Get the color temperature wrong and a warm living room turns clinical; get the lumen output wrong and a warehouse aisle ends up with hot spots and dark pockets. We spec the retrofit — temperature, output, beam, dimming compatibility — so the space looks better after, not just cheaper to run.

  • Fluorescent to LED conversions
  • High-bay and shop lighting
  • Color temperature and CRI guidance
  • Dimmer and driver compatibility
  • Retrofit kits and lamp-and-ballast replacement

Bulbs, Lamps & Ballasts

Bring the dead bulb in and set it on the counter. Specialty bases, appliance and oven lamps, halogen capsules, decorative filaments, obscure fluorescent lengths, ballasts — this is the wall people drive across the county for after two big-box stores told them they'd have to order it online.

  • Standard, decorative and specialty bases
  • Appliance, oven and refrigerator lamps
  • Halogen, incandescent, LED and fluorescent
  • Ballasts and drivers
  • Bring the old bulb in — we'll match it

Outdoor & Landscape

Michigan evenings are long and dark for a good half of the year. Outdoor lighting is the cheapest thing you can do to a house that changes how it feels to come home to it. Wet-rated fixtures, transformers, path and well lights, dusk-to-dawn photocells, and the salt-and-slush-proof hardware that survives a Great Lakes winter.

  • Wall lanterns, porch and entry fixtures
  • Landscape path, well and spot lighting
  • Low-voltage transformers and cable
  • Post and pole lights
  • Dusk-to-dawn photocells and motion sensors
  • Wet-rated and winter-rated hardware

Commercial & Industrial

We supply the shops and small plants that make this part of Michigan what it is. Whether it is a build-out, a maintenance list or a lighting plan for a new bay, we work off the print or off the back of an envelope — whichever one you brought.

  • Office, retail and restaurant fit-outs
  • Warehouse, shop and plant lighting
  • Emergency and exit lighting
  • Maintenance and re-lamp programs
  • Take-offs and quotes from prints

Special Orders & Sourcing

We would rather solve your problem than protect a sale. If a fixture is discontinued, we chase down the closest current match. If we genuinely cannot get it, we tell you who can. Customers tell that story about us in reviews, and it is the reason they come back with the next four jobs.

  • Special-order fixtures from our full catalogs
  • Discontinued and obsolete part matching
  • Whole-home and multi-unit fixture packages
  • Straight answers when we can't help
